[?] to assist him in the cultivation of his farm will [revise?][ and bequeath unto my [?] son Jonathan  so much of the [?] sum of Two Hundred [?] pounds as shall happen to have been paid to him cash on value, at the time of my decease to be paid in half yearly payments of Fifty Pound out of my personal estate, over and above my [ ?] own Jonathan’s share and proportion
of my personal estate, herewith to him before in this my will? and I will direct and appoint all Divisions of [real?] and my personal estates to be
made in pursuance of this my will shall in case
