Mrs Marsden wrote to her before, and a few days ago I spoke to the Revd. G. Burder on the subject and he told me he would write again, but I have not seen him since. I have sent nothing out by these vessels - as we are so near coming excepting a Pipe of Wine which the Governor was to take in for me at Madiera - this he perhaps will lodge in the Store till I come - I have be very anxious for the arrival of Capt Brookes of the Rose, but she is not come yet. And no private letters have been forwarded by her as yet to England.
