recollection of Australia & we often talk over those old days together.  It is somewhat singular that in our immediate neighbourhood there are many families he [indecipherable] to know & one of us there is some little link.  Those are old friends of Lady Brisbane, the Scotts of [indecipherable]/ - relatives of the Elliots  -  & of Archd. Scott - one of these his grand niece is a daughter of Lord Byron's "Ianthe" - I am promised an introduction to the "Ianthe" herself.  Some of those days - I should like to see her, altho I am told "[indecipherable] charms which
