My dear William,

Since Henry closed his letter to you I have received from Sarah an amusing detail of their doings in "foreign lands" and as you may not perhaps hear from her by this mail, I am induced to enclose her letter -  How [indecipherable] that after a lapse of so many years she and Edward should have fallen in with your old friend Mr.  [indecipherable].  It is very satisfactory that Edward is so well,  in fact they both seem to be enjoying themselves and as the weather appears at last to have set in fine I hope they may have [indecipherable] days during the remainder of their time abroad.  For the last few
