I am concerned, & deeply so that you would have reason to suspect M.rs Maines of dishonesty on this occasion, as  every article she has hitherto sent us has been of such excellent quality that altho ' we have thought
them expensive at first we have hence found them so in the end. I have had the pleasure to receive a long letter from dear Lady Beisbose lately . Maines has also heard from her. How pleasing it is to find that we are still remembered by these kind Jesus! - fine my kindest love to onur dear archdeacon.
