And I give and bequeath unto my said Wife the use of all my household goods, furniture, plate, books boxes china, wines and liquers, which shall or may be in or about my house at Elizabeth Farm aforesaid at the time of my decease during her life; And upon her decease, I give and bequeath the same, unto my sons, the said Edward Macarthur, his Executors, Administrators and Assigns X

Provided always and my Will is, and I desire that my said son, do and shall pay the costs expenses and profits of my Mansion house, Coachhouse, stables, Outbuildings, offices and the garden thereunto belonging wherein I now reside, situate on Elizabeth Farm in Parramatta aforesaid, and so permit the same to be received and held and occupied by my dear wife Elizabeth Macarthur during her life for her sole separate and peculiar use and benefit; and I desire that the said Elizabeth Macarthur shall cause the said Mansion House and the buildings to be kept in complete repair and preserve the same during
