My dear MitherJust a line or two to assure you that I am fit & well. I never felt better in all my life. Eating like a horse, working like a bullock, sleeping like a top, and playing like a Kid.
Herewith my first (and only) Egyptian photograph entitled "me & the OSS"It is only a snap taken at the entrance to Maadi Camp. The horse comes out well. I have a glove on my right hand - not for swank - but because I nearly cut 3 fingers off last week. That is not snow I'm standing on but sand.If you get a real good microscope you can see my moustache. But it really is better than it looks, though I've had it clipped twice. I'm going to
