The Sydney Herald poses a very cheerful account of returning prosperity of the general affairs of the Colony & we do indeed hope my dear Brother, that  you & [indecipherable] are sharing in the improvement.  [indecipherable] your name,  as well as William amongst those taking part in the proceedings of the Colony.
