My dear William,
I should sooner have replied to your affectionate note, but for the uncertainty of where you might be addressed. Finding however, that you were at the Club yesterday, I send my note for you there. We are as you have already  been apprized, attempting to conclude one arrangements

Henry desires me to acknowledge your note to him, his particular reply seems necessary but he hopes to see you shortly himself.
