money to be paid down, & the remainder on 30 June 1833, with one year's interest at 10 per cent. No title to be given until the purchase is completed.  Mr. Orr possesses Williamsons [?] land which adjoins this & is willing to  obtain it on this ground more than any other.
Besides the Power of Attorney, Mr. Scott in a letter not long since recd. from him, requested it might be sold, and it does not appear to me that a better sale is likely to be made. 
Mrs. Chas. Cowper and myself called at Camden on our way up and were sorry that we had not the pleasure of seeing you  I have not received much benefit from my visit here as yet, but am much annoyed with pain particularly during the night when it is very acute.  The damp weather is against me.  We beg you will accept our best thanks for the bucket of grapes which came safe.
