The unsettled state of Europe has been productive of considerable increase of commerce to this Country & w.h is likely to continuance at least for a time; & altho; a very large reduction of taxes were made & now generally felt, yet the deficiency in the Revenue is nothing like what was expected -

The question of Reform absorbs every thing; in fact every thing depends on that subject & the manner in w.h Lords will treat it
