Thursday 14 July 1921
We go for mail and chop wood and finish painting in afternoon I am again solo. I dream that she gives a note to O for me written on the edge of a newspaper to say go away ---------- We play solo and I lose badly.
Friday 15 July 1921
We row around early to take Aunt & Uncle home. We do some shopping also. We row around again for mail. I loaf around all afternoon. We play solo at night and I win
I am Solo too.

Saturday 16 July 1921
We work at wharf. We finish all but 20 feet. Very hard work. Dick arrives at dark. We yarn awhile and go to bed very early.
Sunday 17 July 1921
Dick is up and we get on with wharf. We work like Pyramid builders. We dine at 3pm We all walk around to Clanter's Wharf with Dick.
