Thursday 17 February 1921
Deliver Goods. I go to League & back to St Elmo. I leave early because the air is very cool. I get caught in frightful thunder-storm & nearly get struck by lightening.
Friday 18 February 1921
We drive to Brookvale & Manly. I go to Manly for swim at 3 o'clock. Waves lovely at S.S. Girl shooter & Boys amongst huge porpoises. Meet George Go to Millies Home. Music & other enjoyable pleasures. Home at 10.30. I ring Netta & talk. Goods from Burnett. Letter from M.R.C.
Saturday 19 February 1921
I arise early. Go to Frank's place for extra Brekker. See Q & put salve on wounds. I get to Rockdale & stay 3 hrs. I get to Dick's place & we play tennis. I leave Dick's at 9 pm & get to Stanmore. I sit about for nearly 2 hrs. We go to bed at 12 o'clock Meet Roy Mitchell & Emery of H & H. I am very stiff after tennis.
Sunday 20 February 1921
I get home by 10.30 boat. I go to Manly at 3pm I stay a while at St Elmo. I listen to Gladys play & sing.I go for swim. Back for tea. I get scolded three times. Mcray comes up later. I talk with L in kitchen. We have little music & then all sit & chatter on verandah M. gets teased & annoyed about all
