Work

Go to League, to Roof of flat & music & Book Keeping

I play 100 Billiards but play wretchedly.

Friday 20 May 1921

I work at night. I catch 9.30 boat. meet George Slatter & les Nettleton after speaking of him to Evelyn only an hour previous. I get very down in -  on the Boat I feel as if I want to go away & see No person any more. I meet Record buyer in markets from Greenwich.

Saturday 21 May 1921

I catch 12.10 boat. Dine at Esplanade Café I meet George Tingcombe. I go for a prom along Lover's Walk with M. L. I have 4 Hrs of L. Catch 6.30 boat Meet Misses Matthews of Hurstville on Tram. Miss Milly but catch her on 8pm boat, Bob Ward & his wife also M. sits where she should not sit in front of Her mother, Very S am I to L E & have no tea. 

Sunday 22

Home all morning. I go to Manly. I meet Nat & go Home to Glebe. Good fun & music & catch 9pm boat & last tram Home My Book falls? in the mud under a tree
