I deliver orders. I go to League meeting but do no business at all. I propose a vote of censure on the State Government.
Friday 22 April 1921
I spend all the day in the garden. I go to M's with flowers, to Buntings, to Franks. I go to No 7 flat & No 8 flat. I meet an olds. ♡. Elle est jusqua joli et sucre. We laugh & talk & play cards. Elle is told who has come to see her, Vera says play Your Joker Dear & I play it. Catch 11.10 tram Home.
Saturday 23 April 1921
I go to town shopping. I wait at Grace Home for an Hour for NIL I dream of falling over rocks looking at aeroplanes & meet EL. I walk on road & miss Miss Evares by 6 ft. Very good work. She looks down & out. I go to Rockdale. I fit on fly to catch 1.24. I meet Dulcie at H'ville. She leads me astray & I get away into No Man's Land & am lost. I turn up at last. My tennis improves slightly & we play Billiards & music & I catch the 9.50 with Roy Mitchell.
