Thursday 3 February 1921

RS.A at A.F.A. Rooms 8 o'clock. Post-Poned I go to Stall. Stay a while & then hear pipers  I watch Dancers. I haul M - pubs. I set out to write but see Q & J & go to MW I see M under tree but do not speak.

Friday 4 February 1921

I write a letter & it goes to town, I catch the same boat Home as the letter carrier. I leave her & go over Hill. I meet Dru daughters the Jones girls. I walk Home to my dears with them & we see a funny hat. We all go down the Road & I dodge the stall. 

Saturday 5 February 1921

Wrote Marjorie.

We drive to Manly. I go back to Carnival in afternoon. N.S. wins Surf Boat Race. I go to my dears for Tea & back to Stall at night. I work hard & we do well. I leave at 10.25 & get to my dears to find none at Home. They arrive soon & we are very happy. Je salute Sa main de macherie. I am accepted into the fold of the gang again. Meet the merry laughing Girl Possy.

Sunday 6 February 1921

I stay Home until 4pm. We all dig in the garden. Dad goes for a drive. I go to Manly & swim, I don't wake anybody. I sit on Prom, catch Ellis with a whistle & go for drive. Tea at my dears & band with M & G. We meet Velda. I lecture & am lectured. I get a butterfly taste of me
