hurriedly rode up to inform us
that the SS Rob Roy had arrived
and would sail early in the morning
on which news Fred and I com-
menced hurriedly to pack up, and
in an hours time we were on
our road into Wyndham. Allan
came too but he is going back
to the camp as he will be going
down the Nor. West. by next boat
   May 11th. Sailed from Wyndham
in the Rob Roy
   Tuesday May 12th. We landed
at Palmerston today, and will
have to wait five days for a
steamer going to Melbourne.
   Tuesday 19 Sailed today from
Port Darwin per Chingtu.
   Friday 22. Reached Thursday Island
this afternoon. The B.I.S. "Taroba" and
