13. Pay days: will be maintained as much as possible.
14. Deductions into bank accounts: will be kept up in the interest of the majority of prisoners, so that they will have financial means upon discharge from the camp.
15. Invalids: We will shortly be advised as to delivery of tobacco, soap and matches to

16. Mail: Letters in German language to a destination outside Australia will be allowed once a month.
17. Gambling: is prohibited. Police have the right to confiscate the money, which will then be given to charity.
