Since I wrote to you I have been considering the subjects mentioned in your letter to me of the 19 Feby & in the absence of those documents you allude to wh. you wish to send me & others you are printing I now trouble you with my remarks - But first let me request that as soon as the press has given birth to your production send it with the papers you have in a parcel to me directed as above by the Glasgow Mail Coach from the Bull &
