than the subject of Reforms no do I approve of the Bill because it does not proceed on the true basis on w.h a Representation sh.d always be built; but it destroys the bane of this country for the last 100 years - The nominating influence in the House of Commons, w.h is so monstrous an anomaly that I w.d go any length to destroy it -

If the Lords reject it, it will be at their peril for they have no right to reject a measure clearly for the benefit of the people & no wise injurious to or taking away
