when it comes before them w.h it must do in ab.t 3 weeks. [indecipherable] my own opinion is, that the most determined anti reformers who are of the least influence will vote against it; but the most sensible & judicious who do not like it, will not be present.  If however they do reject it, there is no knowing what will happen.  The nation is unanimous be assured of that, but it is quiet & peaceable - we are on a volcano & a spark would blow us up; but prudence & discretion will secure  us - I am no partisan of the present Ministry [indecipherable]
