of the House of Lords, before the 15 Judges, he felt an unusual degree of anxiety in proceeding & his wishes were accomplished by a judgement in favor of his client, accompanied with very strong approbation of his talents & manner of conducting his cause. This took place on Tuesday the 12 of Ap.l & he never appeared in higher spirits or in better health than on that evening & the following day.
