to these {unavoidable} unforeseen accident occurrence [indecipherable] I conclude he died [indecipherable] heir at any rate for} I have a letter from Sir Scott  which clearly explains [indecipherable] this to be have been his bequest but I will [indecipherable] it from my opinion before our [indecipherable] connected with his affairs - [indecipherable]  -  I need not but I am sure also that I shall at all times feel much pleasure in consulting with you whenever you think I can be of any assistance.  Believe me etc
