as the Co-attorney, that I had suffered by the arrangement just concluded - an arrangement which all will agree was absolutely necessary to secure Mr. Scott from total loss. The information which I obtained during my visit to Argyle confirmed me in this opinion, as the grievance of Mr. H upon points which I should imagine were essential, & with which the manager of an Estab.t should be acquainted, convinced me that he was incapable of conducting properly the concern the care of which he undertook.
