will upon the whole be better to retain the affairs until I can hear from England, under my own management, with a steady overseer. Mr. Scott might feel disappointed if they were sold at their present depreciated prices, and no person would be likely to receive them upon thirds unless for a term of years. However unwilling I am to undertake such responsibility, conceiving it to be the next advantageous I shall attempt it. A large increase may be anticipated next lambing, and the Wool will produce more than to cover all the expences, if an unforseen accident
