Sold the stock to Mr Hawdon for £2000 taking his Bond for Five years at Ten percent payable half yearly with a Bond in judgement  He has also a Lease of the Grant for Seven year rent free on condition he shall fulfill all the conditions & improvements imposed by Gov.t - He is at liberty to discharge the whole or any part earlier if he pleases -
