9. Provisions: Capt. Griffith detailed the government-approved rations per man and per day as follows:
fresh meat: 1 ½ pd (salt junk 1 pd)
potatoes: 1 pd vegetables: ¼ pd sugar: 3 oz Jam: 4 oz
Coffee and tea as needed.
10. Inspection: The company commander of the day and a man from the committee are to be present when provisions are received and will, if necessary, be
exempt from roll-call.
11. Fat: the camp is to benefit from it (Until now, the government on-sold it). There will be ongoing negotiations between committee and main chef.
