4 This would be almost equivalent to reimbursing the capital, to say nothing paying interest on the outlay. In the following years of course there would only be the working ex-penses, except the increase in the shed accomodation for the worms, while the yield would large-ly increase as the trees matured. I might not of course get this exact area under trees in the period stated, as everything depends on what start I can get with plants [indecipherable], but I have taken this a a fair estimate of what may be done. I will not say more [indecipherable], but shall be most happy to further go into details at any time you may appoint should.
