   Ultimately a proper "Reeling" plant would be needed. To insure  it is essential that a large numbers of trees be planted, & this would be the first matter to be taken on hand. You cannot have too many-. Were you to favorably consider my proposal. I should at once make if my business to secure all the available trees, cuttings & seeding even to recommending your importing a small quantity of first class seed from Italy, ( as I got the govt. to do.)

   I should also arrange for a supply of healthy"graine" /silkworm eggs when wanted.
This could be carried out in a comparatively small area of land, & as I understand you have a large extent of land, I think an arrangement
