casino. The casino buildings are very fine & set amidst palms & gardens, with terraces in front high over the sea & commanding magnificent views. I was surprised to find the interior, although ornate & beautiful, not sumptuous at all but rather business-like, especially in the way of chairs & tables, Visitors are only admitted between 8 am & 9am & during that time no play is carried on. In fact soldiers in uniform are debarred admission at all times during play. To play civilians have to obtain good introductions
