Copy of a letter to Mrs Ball

Dear Mrs Ball
You mentioned in yr letter our conversation that you had a good deal to do in one of the neighbouring Sunday schools wh.makes me think of suggesting to you the use of the Inclosed tracts wh. have partly for their object, the assisting of Sunday school teachers.  Probably here you may have so many teachers who do not need any such assistance that they may not be so much wanted as in our poor neglected neighbourhood. however they may be useful & if you like it you can [Indecipherable] us by trying to extend my school monitors circulation. I find it [Indecipherable] very well in my Sunday schools.  That at St. Ernans has a regular attendance of above 100 children & another in which I am much interested between Donegal & Barnsmore contains nearly as many.  It was undertaken by two men (little farmers[?] who had belonged to my adult scripture Classes before my long confinement to home in consequence of Mrs Hamilton's illness obliged me to give [office] up; but about
