Mrs Macarthur today. Mary seems to be getting a little better & amendment however trifling is a good sign. Edward was to leave Hunters River today to be at home tomorrow. Emmeline is alone at Parramatta at present and we are alone here. Expecting William either today or tomorrow, This high wind will blow him here I think. James writes in every kind wish and remembrance to you. I believe our dear Mr Thompson.

Very sincerely your friend
Emily Macarthur
