In June I went down to Sydney, & on the 25th. was married. My wife & I staid a week in Parramatta, & we then went up to Goulburn, staid there 4 days, & returned to Sydney for another 4 days, & thence we came straight up here. Washing & shearing came on, & all its busy times, & those times are but just finished, & I had but just recovered my health.

Our life is as happy as can possibly be, entirely content in each others society we need nothing to make us more happy than we are. My wife, (do you know her name?) Annie, delights in the life, and we are delighted in each other. Our presents were very numerous, both from home, & from here, & my people are
