is over, but you cannot think how very warlike the people of England are - they cannot bear Lord Derby for having kept us out of war - they abuse him in every way - say he drinks very much - I dont believe it - I suppose the ministers are proof against abuse, for I am sure each by turns has a plentiful share of it, & they are very good patiently to go on serving their country conscientiously & doing all the good they can in that way.
