wife can be talked into leaving this country. he is extremely good. if I see Sir William on his return I will talk to him about him.
I fear I write very badly but I am in a rocking chair & my elbows cramped. I shall very soon be able to move about like my neighbours I hope Mother & Mary are at Middle just now. they left me on Thurs last looking very well.
I must finish this & you shall have a more respectable letter soon. With kind love to my Uncle & Elizabeth. (Willie has gone[?], he liked yr remembering his birthday.)
