My dear Mother,
I went to Sunday school to day and we had to read the Bible and say the cat , say the C lerne a hymn. We go in at two in the afternoon till half past three. Yesterday a boy named Raymond asked me to a picnic but it rained a little in the morning so we did not go, but in the afternoon we went skating & I am so stiff today. W break up about June 15th and have a month, [7 words deleted] Are Maisey and Joan coming out for the holidays. I am so glad that Hal is getting on so well, have you got to bandage it any more.
Saturday
Uncle Fred gave me three shillings to join Chums [Boys' newspaper] for six months. When I got it a day or tow ago Aunt Katie said that to tell you that Uncle Fred and Frank red it firs. Last night a boy named Rayment wen came to tea, I am going with Aunt Katie to the museam, and to sea my grand uncle Fred, and I think Raymend is coming, I am so glad Fathe shot those dingoes will he get a pound each for them. Good bye Mother, please give my love to all and yourself. Your loving son.
