My dear Mother
I have only got one more Christmas present to get. Aunt Kate and Mrs Wilson and I spent the whole of Friday morning in town and I went in again this morning. Aunt Katie gave me 2/- more as I had two necessary presents to get. I did not think you would mind. Your second list came late and I had got some of the presents I suggested. We have had a great lot of rain and it is raining now. Miss Lily Beecraft is to come today. I went down to the wharf this morning and waited there from severn to eight. She may come by the train which gets here about half past six. Aunt Katie is sending you a bill, she says will you add my train fare and travelling expences to it. Fares are 3/6 and 5/6 Aunt Katie thinks that I had better go first class.

P.S. If Chris can pay the 3/10/- now I should be glad but the money for Rob's board can wait till it is due & then will you send it to Francis.  K.F.J.
Rob can't sent the Scout paper today.
