My dear Mother.
Of course you could not be like us, but be as like us, as yourrable to be.

I wil be coming up in 3 weaks I thing we break up on the 27th. Yesterday I went down to Balmoral and had a swim and a bakeing. I went up to the chemist about my sores and he gave me the ointment and made me up some mederson instead of the pils. How is the wallaby is he tame yet. We get out at 11 o clock on Wensday for the sports, they are to be held on the Sydney criket ground. I am not in any races becaus I came 4th in one race and 5th in the other and it is only 1st, 2nd & 3rd that can run in the final.  Uncle Fred said I would of got a place if the race had been longer because I was catching up near the end. The race was only 100 yards.
