Thus the fight for survival rages even among those animals that belong to the meekest among the world&rsquo;s creatures.&nbsp; When in large numbers, the rabbits, which mainly feed on grass and vegetable-like herbs, eat away the sheep&rsquo;s food and so the government will soon have to resort to even more drastic measures if it wants to protect sheep farming, one of Australia&rsquo;s main industries.</p><p>Except for poisonous snakes, there are hardly any wild and dangerous animals here. Mammals are not prevalent in Australia and the species one is most likely to encounter are marsupials. Of those, the most famous are the kangaroos; the big ones, although very numerous, live more in the outback, but a smaller breed, the Wallabie, [wallaby] also exists here along the coast, of which 2 specimens</p>
