There is no disputing that the gentlemen made some great efforts and that especially Mr Berblingen dedicated himself heart and soul to the task. Upon resignation of the committee it was thus proposed and then decided that B. and 2 other gentlemen &ndash; he picked Cr&uuml;semann and Weinbrecher &ndash; assume the general administration of the camp, assisted by a commission of 17 people to be chosen by general vote. Berblingen has thus become some sort of a dictator and even has his own little house now, adjacent to the hospital, where he lives and where the commission meets. I hope the good work continues. For my part, I have kept out of all camp matters, stick with my Latin and occasionally work for the government.</p><p>The general health in camp is good and if a man gets sick, it&rsquo;s usually of his own careless doing. Unfortunately, this has also led to the death of yet another comrade.</p>
