The present prices are as follows, Ewes from 20 to 50 Thalers each, or £3. to £7 .10. Rams 40 to 100 Thalers each, or £6. to £15.

Several are bespoke this Season to go into Spain - My general impression, on quitting Lohmen, was a feeling of regret, to find a flock so celebrated, thus mismanaged.

The Losses here are from 6 to 10, per cent, per annum. The increase 250 Lambs to 300 Ewes.
