June 22nd Leave in Charge of a Convoy of Australian troopships with 17000 troops on board it is the first convoy leaving Capetown for home since we have been here the Convoy includes "Marathon" "Ascanius" "Shropshire" "Tofua" "Turakina" Benalla. We took on board £6,000,000 worth of Bullion from Standard Bank Capetown for Halifax
