April 1st Arrive back at "Abrohlos Rocks".

April 2nd to 15th. There has been nothing of note happened. we have been anchored the whole time fish are plentiful some good sport

April 25th Macedonia arrives with a prize she was taken by the Newcastle off Magalones in Chile

April 27th After preparations we are to put a Prize Crew on board the "Edna" and escort her to Barbados West Indies. It transpires that in a short space she has sailed under "Norwegian" "Mexican" & American flags. She Coaled the "Leipzic" [Leipzig] and "Nurnburg" at Galapagos Islands before the met the "Goodhope" & "Monmouth" at the present speed it will take us 17 or 18 days to reach our destination

May 10th for the last few days we have had some very heavy rain it is also squally the "Edna" is tossing about like a Cork we expect to arrive on Friday

May 12th Friday Arrive at "Bridgetown" Barbadoes at noon an exceptionally pretty place looking from the harbour is Abundant with Tropical vegetation
