Each camp is most complete – having sleeping quarters for the men, cook houses, canteens, reading rooms, medical huts, company orderly rooms etc etc in fact everything that a properly run regiment required.

Well I must get out on the parade ground now. I'm hoping to be just in time to catch the Vancouver mail which is of course much quicker than that via Suez.

I suppose you know that Col. Norris had gone under in France. He saw me off at Cairo when I left for the peninsula last year.
We are hoping to see the end of the War by this time next year. Things are going very well the last few days.
