I met Jack Massie in Hyde Park last week – he is looking very fit and is second in command of a battn in Beaver's Brigade. (Col Jobson's I think.)
Salisbury Plain is chock full of Australians at present – We have camps all over the place. The training is very strenuous but most thorough and useful. There are plenty of schools of instruction in such things as bombing, bayonet work, machine guns, (the Lewis etc), signalling and general training as well as, of course, in branches like the artillery, engineers etc.
