dream it was I who gave the advice.  We have Sweep Stakes every other day on the number of miles travelled & two Offrs [Officers] got themselves up as "Book makers" with the usual big bag slung round the neck of the man who collected the money, & the names of the firm on it – yesterday they found some one had pinched or otherwise stolen it out of their cabin and they are in great distress.  It was removed as a lark by another Red Cross Offr [Officer] as a set back to them for having had the loan of his comrade – a little bird whispered it to me so I told the "Bookies" & proposed they should hire a private detective to search round quietly amongst the cabins and if they found
