Some of the lads are having fun with two Red Cross Officers on board, one was placed under arrest for being found in bed after hours – he was confined to his cabin and they had Biscuits & water sent to him at lunch but allowed him out for dinner at 7 pm but to go straight back after.  A Court Martial was held and he was in a great way;  if he had known anything about Military Law he could have laughed at them.

When I saw it had gone far enough, I got him by himself & gave him a hint how to act but he let out that he had recd advice & found it was a joke so the matter went no further.

The lads who started it and the Members of the Court were quite annoyed over it but little
