She was the same woman who with the Sorell Tribe killed Captain Thm Thomas and Mr Parker when they were stood in a conciliatory communication with them. This woman chased Mr Robinson at Port Sorell, September 1830 nearly five miles. He Mr Robinson had with him black Tom, Pegale, Josephs, Vreganoona, Doctor, and Maclean as interpreters. When Mr Robinson perceived them coming down in hostile attitude with their spears and waddies he ran as fast as he could, and only for me and the rest of the party coming up he would have been settled with his Blacks.

Nevertheless after accusing the white with cruelties towards the Blacks he W. Robinson states in a despatch dated Emu Bay July 27 1839 that "several aboriginal nations are" become extinct. From their traditions I learnt that some of the inland tribes had made periodical Incursions into the settled district. Some spoke English very scurrilous."
