On the same deck are five other cabins which were fitted on in Sydney for trooping, they are allotted, 1 two berth cabin adjoining Wireless room and connected by a door for Wireless operators, 1 1 berth cabin for the O.C. Troops, and adjoining it O.C. Troops day cabin. On the S.B. side 1 4 berth cabin and 1 2 berth cabin for Military officers. On the main deck are situated the 1st 2nd 3rd & 4th Mates, Purser's and Masters cabins, Engineers mess room and Saloon. The permanent cabins are very comfortable being similar to passenger
