I also remember your having mentioned in conversation with Mr. Jones & myself some short time prior to the delivery of the property that you had an Account against the Collaroy Estate for supplies, – when it was remarked that you need be under no uneasiness with respect to it, for that Mr. Davidson's high character was in itself a guarantee that all just claims would be punctually  settled, and the copy of a letter from Mr. Davidson to Mr. Leslie which had been transmitted to us by the former was I think at the same time shewn to you as indicative of his intentions. 

You did not to my knowledge make any formal application to Mr. Jones or me on the subject of your Account, nor in any way that I am aware of intimate the possibility of your resorting to legal proceedings to prevent the transfer of the property until your claim should be satisfied
